Geyser Essential Services Facility

This project consists of a 50 x 110, five bay building with restrooms that will house three fire trucks, one ambulance, extrication vehicle and essential services equipment owned by Judith Basin County. Budget is $270,000, CDBG dollars, and will evaluate various building types and construction methods to develop best construction type for energy efficiency and maintenance free operation. Responsible for Construction Administration in addition to Contract Documents and Design.

Construction documents are complete and will be bid out March 1, with construction finishing June 15, 2010.
