On the Boards Bus barn consisting of 4,100 square foot metal building containing a bus wash with drain, restrooms, break room, storage room, offices, and reception area (1,100 square feet), with an extensive paved driveway entrance and parking area for 70 vehicles, and an underground sprinkler system for the lawn and landscaping. Responsible for Construction Administration in addition to Contract Documents and Design. Project is funded by MDOT Grant. Construction documents complete. Construction start date of December 16, 2009 with a completion date of June 1, 2010. |
