On the Boards 8,000 square foot building remodel to house two office departments, senior center with full commercial kitchen, community meeting area and a large conference room for rent / community events. CDBG, Energy Grant, Stimulus money, CTEP, and EOC Grant will fund this project. Construction documents for phase one and two are done, and under construction. Phase Three will have complete construction documents by March 12th and construction will be complete by July 15th. |
