Great Falls Housing Authority,
Office Remodel and Addition

The Great Falls Housing Authority contracted with firm to provide program, budget, design, construction administration, and as-builts for an addition / remodel to the Housing Authority main office. The lobby addition included an elevator to bring office up to ADA standards, interior and exterior finishes, and a 2,000+ square foot office addition. Dale Nelson provided the owner with schematic design, cost estimate, construction documents, bidding and negotiation, and construction administration for the Housing Authority project. Firm responsible for work totaling $700,000.
