Montana Plastic Surgery Center

New 6,400 square foot medical office building with a budget of $1.1 million. Provided owner with project pro-forma, budget figures, schedule, contract documents, construction administration, and landscape design.
 
Open office layout in center with clerestory windows, surrounded on sides by seven exam rooms and in rear by an operating room. An inpatient apartment unit was included.
