Chesterly Meadows Assisted Living Center

Project – 70-bed, 77,000 square foot assisted living facility with full dining and kitchen area. Dale Nelson provided assistance in budget and time-table, programming, schematic design, contract documents, bidding and negotiation, and construction administration. Firm also provided full construction administration including all paperwork, site inspections, and final walk through. Firm responsible for work totaling $5.5 million.
