Chesterly Meadows Elderly Apartments

Project – 64-bed, 47,000 square foot elderly living apartment building. Dale Nelson provided assistance in budget and time-table, programming, schematic design, contract documents, bidding and negotiation, and construction administration. All tenant and public spaces are fully ADA compliant. Firm also provided full construction administration including all paperwork, site inspections, and final walk through. Firm responsible for work totaling $3.8 million.
