Description:
Firm provided the City of Great Falls with schematic design, cost estimates, construction documents, bidding and negotiations, and construction administration. The project called for new windows in half of the existing openings, infill in half of the existing windows, and new EIFS including extra insulation over all existing and new exterior in order to create a more energy-efficient environment. Dale Nelson provided oversight to the architect in training with all duties and provided the owner with quality control, cost estimate, code review, award of contract, and construction administration for the project.
