Neuman Center Addition and Remodel

Description:
This project included an energy-efficient, two-level addition designed to blend well with the existing church. The hidden parking lot made it neighborhood friendly. The project was designed to preserve existing trees and additional landscaping used low-water adaptive plantings.
 
The addition provided a gathering place and overnight facility for youth retreats with space for large gatherings, shower facilities, numerous storage areas, and classrooms. The project included an ADA accessible elevator. Firm responsible for work totaling $1.25 million.
